Let’s begin with reflection. Take 20 minutes with your journal, your planner, or your quiet time in the morning to reflect on these ten powerful questions:

1. What’s working well in my life right now?

2. What am I proud of from the past 6 months?

3. What habits or thoughts have held me back?

4. What is no longer serving me — and what am I ready to release?

5. What does my ideal day look like in this next season?

6. What ONE word will define how I want to feel for the rest of the year?

7. What are 3 goals that truly matter to me — and why?

8. What version of me am I becoming — and how can I show up as her today?

9. What is one tool and/or habit that I can implement that will help be achieve these goals before 2025?

10. What is THE one goal I would be disappointed about if I was not able to achieve or make significant progress towards?

These questions aren’t just for journaling — they’re for realigning your spirit with the life you’re creating.
