Guard your energy. Catch yourself when fear creeps ināespecially when itās not even yours. Try this simple exercise:
Start a āthought jar.ā Each time you catch yourself spiraling into fear or negativity, drop a quarter (or even a dollar) in the jar. You might be shocked at how quickly it fills up.
Then, actively replace those thoughts with something more powerful.
I teach my children this verse when theyāre anxious:

Ask yourself when you feel fear:
- Is it mine?
- Is it true?
- Or is it just noise?
